RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Zden is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right and meets the following criteria it can be returned or exchanged.

  • Zden will give its customers the opportunity to exchange, or have store credit for the product provided it is in fully resalable condition
  • Returns should be made within 7 days in original, undamaged unopened packaging with the sales tags attached.
  • If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product

Return/Exchange Options

Returns via courier collection

Please contact us any time between 10a.m. and 6p.m., from Monday to Saturday. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will be applied. The product should be in the original, undamaged unopened packaging with the sales tags attached.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Return Order Number #######  and the following details

  • Invoice number
  • Product code
  • Quantity
  • Reason for the return

We shall communicate via e-mail and organize for the courier to collect the product  same delivery charges will apply.

Returns via the store

Bring the product you wish to return or exchange with the invoice or the web order received online to Zden If you wish to exchange the product with same item, that will be treated as a general exchange where there is no cost involved. If you exchange with a product where the price is higher than the old product, you will have to pay the price difference at the store.

If the item to be exchanged is received under a special promotion the balance to be paid will be the difference of the new item price and the amount paid for the old item. The web discount will not be applicable for the products in the store during exchange. The product should be in the original, undamaged unopened packaging with the sales tags attached.
